Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email or SMS so you can monitor the delivery status and make changes if needed, such as rescheduling delivery or updating the delivery address.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed during our regular warehouse hours:

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Orders placed before the daily processing cutoff may be shipped the same business day, depending on product availability and the selected shipping method.

Orders placed after processing hours will be handled on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping

For domestic deliveries, Arvero uses trusted courier services to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: approximately 2–5 business days
Express Shipping: approximately 1–2 business days

Shipping rates may vary depending on order size, location, and delivery method. The final shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.

International Shipping

Arvero ships internationally using reliable global courier services such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS.

Estimated delivery times for international orders:

4–10 business days, depending on the destination country.

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.

Please note that international customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Using the tracking link, you can:

• Monitor the shipment progress
• Change delivery preferences
• Reschedule delivery
• Redirect the package to another location or pickup point

Order Date vs Shipping Date

The order date refers to the moment your purchase is confirmed on our website.

The shipping date refers to when your package leaves our warehouse and is collected by the courier service.

These dates may differ depending on processing time and order volume.

Alternate Delivery Addresses

Orders can be delivered to homes, offices, stores, or other locations.

If you would like your order delivered to a business address, please include the company name when entering the shipping details at checkout.

Changing the Delivery Address

In many cases, delivery details can be updated after the shipment has been dispatched.

Using the tracking link provided by the courier, you may be able to:

• Change the delivery address
• Select a pickup point
• Reschedule the delivery date

Please note that address changes are subject to courier policies and availability.

Delivery Attempts

If you are not available when the courier arrives, the courier will typically attempt delivery multiple times on business days.

If delivery cannot be completed after several attempts, the package may be held at a local facility or returned to the sender if no instructions are provided within the courier’s specified time frame.

Courier Contact

Couriers usually do not call before delivery unless there is difficulty locating the address.

If you would like the courier to contact you before delivery, you may include this request in the order notes during checkout. While we will pass the request to the courier, we cannot guarantee that the courier will be able to call prior to delivery.
