At ARVÉRO, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our Italian leather products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

Return Authorization

All returns must be authorized by ARVÉRO before being sent back.

To initiate a return request, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • All original tags must remain attached

  • The item must be returned with its original packaging and dust bag

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Items that show signs of use, wear, damage caused by misuse, or missing packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for a different style or color, subject to product availability.

We encourage exchanges where possible, and our team will be happy to assist in selecting an alternative item.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team with photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, ARVÉRO will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Inspection

All returned items undergo standard inspection upon arrival.

Items that show signs of wear, misuse, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Quality Control

Each ARVÉRO product undergoes careful quality inspection before shipment to ensure it meets our standards of craftsmanship.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2–5 business days after inspection.

Final Sale

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
