Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and returned with the original packaging and dust bag.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Arvero products are made with carefully selected, premium leathers. Please handle the item with care to ensure its longevity.
Care:-Do not expose the leather to direct sunlight, heat, or rain for extended periods. If it gets wet, dry it with a soft cloth.
-Store the bag with its inner tissue paper; to maintain its shape and absorb moisture, place it inside the velvet dust bag.
Care:-Clean with a dry, soft cloth.
-Use products specifically designed for quality leathers (if you don't have any, use a little dye-free cleansing milk).
-Do not wash (to remove surface dirt, use a cloth with a little water).
